Upgrading to NetSapiens 44.2:
- To upgrade to NetSapiens 44.2 you can follow the steps outlined in the following document: Self Upgrade Manual
- Alternatively, open a NetSapiens support ticket and the team will gladly assist you.
Provisioning from your NetSapiens 44.2 Portal:
- New and existing Domains and hosts created in version 44.2 of the NetSapiens Reseller Portal will create new companies and hosts in your linked Premium Video reseller portal when the feature is enabled for those Domains.
- Premium Video Admin features only available in the Iotum Admin Portal will not be available to NetSapiens Admins as default. This includes Usage Reporting, Retention Settings, Custom Branding, and so on. However, NetSapiens Resellers can manage these features and settings on behalf of their users or enable the Iotum Admin portal for their NetSapiens admins if it is required.
Billing Data Provided by iotum:
iotum can provide you with monthly billing reports on users and usage so that you are able to charge your end users. Please contact us to arrange this.
iotum Premium Video Reseller Portal:
- Note that companies and host accounts created directly via your iotum Premium Video portal can NOT be created as new Domains or synced to existing Domains and/or users within the NetSapiens Reseller Portal in version 44.2.
- If you want to provision Premium Video for existing or new NetSapiens Domains and users, you will first need to upgrade to 44.2. Then enable Premium Video for those users from your NetSapiens Reseller portal.
- You may set up standalone video customers via the iotum Reseller Portal at any time.
